1. It's a no carb diet - This is false. You start off with 30 grams of carbs, however this can change per the individual. On a set day, you load up on carbs. This period may last between 24 to 48 hours.
2. You will gain fat - You will gain fat with anything you eat. It's all about burning more calories than you consume. However, with the Anabolic Diet, fat is being used as a fuel source. Since fat is 9 calories per gram, you will consume more calories but the amount of food will be the same.
