As many of you know, I have been bulking for a few weeks now. I can't say how long I have been doing it, but I think it's around 6 or 7 seven weeks. Well, let me the first to tell you that this shit is not a good look. If have put a some fat and I have been eating clean. That's right, pizza binges, ice cream drownings. None of that crap. Yet, I still feel fat. I hate the look, I hate the tight clothes. Not good, not good at all.
Well stop complaining and do something about it!
Well no shit! I have been doing a lot of reading from Greg Plitt. Google his name and you will see what I am talking about. There are other ways to bulk and consuming large amounts of calories is not for me. Starting in January, I plan to reach a new level of leaness. I hope you all can join me for the ride.
